Product Overview
This 3 piece trunnion mounted ball valve is specialized with trim UNS NO8926 ball, UNS NO8926 stem, UNS NO8926 seat.
TRLAN NPS14 Class300 3 piece trunnion mounted ball valve is designed as per API 6D, ASME B16.5/B16.10/B16.34, NACE MR0175 and API 607 fire-safe standards. Body and bonnet adopt ASTM A105N carbon steel; ball, stem and trunnion are UNS N08926 alloy with Inconel X-750 seat springs.
Built with R-PTFE primary seat, graphite fire-safe backup seal, anti-static setup and graphite-Inconel wire packing, it serves natural gas, crude oil and various hydrocarbon media. It passes strict tests: 7.5MPa shell hydro, 5.5MPa closure hydro and 0.6MPa air seal test. Full-bore RF flange design reduces flow resistance for high-pressure petrochemical pipeline systems.

A105N Forged Valve Body with Compact Grain for Severe High-pressure Working Condition
Constructed from solid A105N forged body, this 300LB api 6d trunnion mounted ball valve features dense grain structure and remarkable mechanical strength to withstand rigorous high-pressure service. Hot forging refining optimizes internal metal texture without inherent casting flaws, greatly lifting tensile performance and anti-fatigue capacity against frequent pressure surge. Reasonably arranged connecting bolts lock split valve segments firmly, while reserved grease fitting enables convenient on-line lubrication maintenance. It serves as dependable fluid control equipment for refining, natural gas and petrochemical high-pressure piping systems.


Compact Split Bolted Structure Improves Valve Body Sealing & Stops Medium Leakage
Designed with compact bolted split structure, this high-pressure forged ball valve greatly boosts overall body tightness and reliably blocks medium leakage across fluctuating working pressure. Multiple high-strength hex bolts evenly distribute fastening load on split joint surfaces to compress sealing gaskets uniformly. Besides outstanding sealing performance, the split layout enables partial disassembly without full pipeline removal for inner component inspection and replacement. Equipped with lifting lugs on both sides to facilitate hoisting installation for large-size heavy-duty valve on industrial piping projects.
Compact Worm Gear Box Ensures Stable Torque & Smooth Valve Operation
The matched worm gear box adopts space-saving compact layout with robust cast housing. Precisely machined worm wheel and worm inside deliver steady output torque, allowing the large-size ball valve to complete smooth on-off operation with little manpower. Embossed OPEN/SHUT signs plus position indicator directly display valve opening status for quick onsite inspection. Its standard top flange interface supports later installation of electric drive parts, satisfying flexible manual or automatic control requirements for high-pressure petrochemical and gas pipeline projects.
