Our comprehensive product portfolio includes ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, strainers, flanges, and various of accessories, which are widely used in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, refining and petrochemicals, chemicals, and power plants. Our independently developed products excel in scenarios requiring fugitive emission control, high-temperature/high-pressure endurance, and corrosion resistance. Technologies for ultra-low temperature valves and wellhead oil/gas production equipment are at the industry's leading edge. Regarding product details, our ball valves are designed according to API 607 fire-safe standards, featuring an anti-blowout stem design. Both trunnion and floating ball valves achieve dual sealing (a combination design of spiral wound gaskets with PTFE/O-rings/Lip Seals), exceeding the standards of most competitors. Core sealing components are imported from the USA and suitable for environments ranging from 800℃ high temperatures to -196℃ cryogenic conditions. Trunnion ball valves can be customized with DBB (Double Block and Bleed) or DIB (Double Isolation and Bleed) structures based on client requirements. Flanges or thread plugs are equipped for all kinds of vent and drain valves. Materials comply with NACE MR0175 anti-sulfide stress corrosion standards. Our low-emission design meets ISO 15848-1 / ISO 15848-2 standards. Products can undergo NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) to guarantee reliability from the source. Our valves are treated with sandblasting, polishing, or double acid pickling, with real-time data for every process step recorded and updated in our system, ensuring that unique, customized valves are manufactured precisely to client specifications. Every valve undergoes a full-pressure differential qualified test before leaving the factory, with high-pressure helium testing available as an optional service.
